The Essentials
"Work smarter not harder!" When you have an intentional design for your ministry with clearly stated values, a mission statement, and a vision statement you can get a lot accomplished. These four modules provide you with training and knowledge for developing a philosophy of ministry that will produce disciples who make disciples in your student ministry! Also, you will have clear objectives for your leaders to rally behind!
Advanced Topics
Once you have a philosophy of ministry developed, you may need help implementing the plan. These four modules are focused around specific topics to aid in the implementation of your philosophy. You will create a leadership development plan for both adult workers and students. You will learn how to start, develop, and grow a campus ministry that will outlast you. You will develop a vibrant parent ministry to better engage the whole family with biblical truths. Lastly, you will learn how to structure programs and events to get your desired outcomes by using your philosophy. The essentials module is a prerequisite for this module.
Custom Coaching
As a certified Kairos coach, I can help you figure out solutions and action steps for your problems in ministry. Maybe you have some loose ideas but need a formulated plan. Maybe you feel stuck on a certain topic and need a "sounding board?" These coaching sessions are case by case. Each client will negotiate a custom contract with Jason.
